schedule Templates 
Use the Template function to create of powerful set of starting projects for your common work types. For example you could have templates for renovation work, maintenenace work, new build, developments etc..

Any existing or new schedule in the Schedule table can be marked as a Template (Schedule Properties). It can then only be accessed when this Type is set by the Schedule selector.
To create a new schedule from a Template:
- Select the template schedule you want to use from the list of Templates (set Type) ans select Copy (Ctrl C)
- Paste into any row on the table (Select and confirm any adjustments)
That's it. The new schedule will temporarily appear in the template list but is in fact a Template type schedule and will appear in the Template list next time
Tips
- Save time by using existing key schedules as templates for new work
- You may want to set the item quantities to zero as a precaution (check the appropriate box when creating a copy)
